  1. Please add Gun Owners of America. Several politicians have specifically mentioned that this organization made the difference in their votes on critical gun related bills.

    • No, they are not the same. AGI has armorer courses on both the ’94 Winchester and the Marlin Lever Action rifles. The Marlin DVD covers all of the centerfire Marlins.

  2. I have a Norinco 1911 in 45 acp. When it ejects cases most of the time they hit me in the head. How do I solve this?

    • Well just off the top of my head, UMMM NORINCO? That may be the first problem a copy of a FIREARM and bad QA but seriously the shape and angle of the ejector was the cause of direction of case flight in a few USN 1911’s I worked on (issued to me in serious need of refurbishing). Is it 1 of 8 or 7 of 8? My USN versions had a tinge of slop with a helping of wear (44 & 46) and liked to toss the nice warm case back in your face or down the neck of the work jersey. A shape change made the toss wide not back so all was well with the world. The action of recoil was some of the cause as well the rise back with muzzle flip does point the port more towards our head that is readily visible. Best of luck hope this helps!

  3. is there a disassembly and reassembly video for a interarms mark x rifle? if not what rifle would be close to the interarm mark x?

    • Hi David. I don’t see it listed in the AGI/GCA videos, but I will forward your question on to Jack Landis, the AGI Technical Services manager. Others here might also answer.

UPDATE: Jack’s reply. “It is a basic Mauser 98 with a Timney style trigger and safety. Download the trigger adjustment instructions at Timney Use our Mauser 98 armorer course.”

We have striped cleaned this old boy and totally went over every piece on this auto and still have a problem cycling the next shot.
We took a video of the gun in action and the bolt is only opening about 1 1/2 ” after the shot. Any insight

    • sounds like the action spring is to long, it doesn’t take alot to cause a problem. I had an Ithica 12 gauge come in with the same issue, the gentlemen had just cleaned it, installed a new buffer and action spring. I wound up cutting off 4 coils to get the gun to cycle properly. The new spring was to long.
